"The Standing Committee meeting of the Activated Carbon Committee of the China Forest Products Industry Association and the Activated Carbon Professional Committee of the Forestry Branch of the Chinese Forestry Society" was held at Nanjing New Century Hotel from January 11th to 12th, 2014. Leaders present at the meeting were: Shi Feng, Secretary General of China Forest Products Industry Association; Sun Zhigang, Deputy Secretary General of China Forest Products Industry Association; Academician Song Zhanqian, Chief Expert of Chinese Acade of Forestry; Professor Jiang Jianchun, Director of Forestry Research Institute; Gu Ruisheng, Secretary of Activated Carbon Branch of China Forest Products Industry Association and so on. The theme of the meeting was the renewal of the activated carbon branch and the activated carbon professional committee, the technical exchange of the activated carbon industry and the discussion on production management. More than 40 people including members of the Standing Committee of Activated Carbon attended the meeting.

Representatives from the Institute of Environmentally Activated Carbon of Nanjing Forestry University and Nanjing Zhengsen Environmental Protection Technology Co. Ltd. attended the meeting.
